This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Bethnox processes and ships orders. Please review the delivery estimates below before placing an order.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer when an order requires verification, during peak periods, or when information needed to fulfill the order is incomplete.
Estimated delivery
After dispatch, standard delivery is estimated at 7–20 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual transit time can vary by destination, carrier capacity, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control. Any more specific delivery estimate shown at checkout will apply to the selected shipping option.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and applicable charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Unless a shipping promotion is explicitly displayed at checkout, do not assume that shipping is free.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order has been dispatched. Carrier tracking may take some time to show its first scan or update.
Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or has been handed to the carrier.
If tracking indicates that a parcel is delayed, lost, delivered to the wrong place, or has another delivery issue, contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can review the available options.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges and the party responsible for paying them depend on the destination and the shipping arrangement. Please check local requirements before ordering.
